Overview

StandOutStaff was designed to help job seekers create resumes and online profiles through a guided process. Users can sign up for free, answer a questionnaire, generate a web-based profile, publish it online, and download a PDF or Word version of their resume. The platform gives users a way to create a resume that follows expected resume standards while also giving them a shareable online presence they can send to potential employers.

The Challenge

Many job seekers struggle to create a clear, professional resume and maintain an online profile that presents their experience in a consistent way. Standard resume builders may focus only on document creation, while job seekers also need something they can share online with employers. The client needed a platform that could guide users through the resume creation process, organize their information into a professional structure, and produce both an online profile and downloadable resume formats.

The Solution

Levis Tech developed a custom platform where users can create an account, complete a structured questionnaire, and generate a professional web profile from their responses. Once the profile is created, users can publish it online and share it with potential employers. They can also download their resume as a PDF or Word document, giving them both a digital profile and traditional resume files for job applications. The platform is designed to help users present themselves professionally, improve consistency across their resume and online profile, and reduce the effort involved in formatting and maintaining resume content.
