Organic certification requires a large amount of recurring information, documentation, application paperwork, farm records, file sharing, and review activity each year. Farmers need to track fields, crop plans, bin inventory, and historical records. Certifiers need to collect and review applications, manage submitted documents, communicate with members, and coordinate inspector access. Inspectors need access to the right farm information and reports at the right time. Without a connected platform, this process can become manual, repetitive, and difficult to manage across farmers, certifiers, inspectors, and administrators.
