Bridgestone Tires – Mobox

Levis Tech supported Bridgestone’s Mobox website by using PRISM as the backend foundation for a Japanese customer-facing site that connects with external product data, customer authentication, and other third-party systems.

Overview

Mobox is a Bridgestone brand website with a Japanese front-end experience and multiple connected backend systems. For this project, Levis Tech’s PRISM platform was used as the backend layer, while the front end was handled through a separate platform. The project required working within an existing structure and coordinating with several external services. Product information was provided through another source, including Bplats, and customer login functionality connected with an external authentication provider. The website also relied on additional external tools and integrations to function properly.

The Challenge

Enterprise websites often need to connect with existing systems, external vendors, authentication tools, product information sources, and front-end platforms. In this case, the project also involved working with a Japanese website structure and understanding how information moved between the different systems. The challenge was not simply building a website page by page. It required understanding the architecture, connecting PRISM into the overall ecosystem, supporting external product data, coordinating customer login functionality, and making sure the backend worked with the broader website experience.

The Solution

Levis Tech used PRISM as the backend platform for the Mobox site, supporting content and backend functionality while connecting with the front-end implementation and external services. The work involved understanding the existing site structure, coordinating product information from external sources, supporting customer login integration, and helping the site function across multiple connected tools. This made PRISM part of a larger enterprise website ecosystem rather than a standalone website build.
